In short: Style matters.
But this is a horrible ugly skin for an ugly ship which is given to people who buy 28.... TWENTYEIGHT plexes. Man's gotta have a hobby but 28 plexes is just lol, especially if you try and justify it with the terrible "free" skin. And the "well, we can so there" is no different from some clown in a 70 bil Nightmare (while still shitfit) doing lvl 4 mission and then gets ganked, we laugh at those as well. |

While I think that the idea of buying 28 plexes is hilarious and find these ship skins terrible I will agree to the above.
CCP needs to learn to be consistent, to be upfront and open in their communication and to stick to their words. If they want to lure in people with those skins (and they obviously do) they will have to unequivocally state that said skins are only to be gotten through high volume plex deals. Would be silly to pin them on a number, next moth the deal could be for 30 plex or perhaps 25, but it would need to be sufficiently high so that their scarcity is retained making their value lasting and warranted.
Then again, CCP's track record in regards to being consistent, upfront, open and sticking to their words isn't all that hot. Perhaps I'm just a negative nancy. |
